Howard Jonas is a serial entrepreneur, best known for his success developing IDT, a multi-billion dollar international telecommunications corporation. As a teen, he started selling hot dogs, and by the time he was in college, he was running one of the country’s largest direct mail businesses from his dormitory room.  He founded IDT at the age of thirty-three and has served as chairman since its inception.

Jonas graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and received an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University. Jonas actively supports several charities nationally and in his community, and serves as a trustee on numerous university, hospital, Jewish and social service organization boards. Jonas lives in New York with his wife and children
