Announcing the Author Events Calendar

cal We are delighted to present a new feature on our blog: The Author Events Calendar! The calendar will be updated continuously so the Koren community can gain wisdom and inspiration from our authors wherever in the world they may be. Events will include speaking events, book launches, conferences that feature our authors and sales booths, sales events, and more. Ever wanted to meet a specific author? Interested in becoming more involved in the Koren Publishers community? The authors want to hear from you! Come and be a part of the dialogue at any of the upcoming events. Have you recently attended an event featuring one of our authors? Write a blog post about it and maybe we will feature your thoughts are on our blog! We at Koren Publishers encourage reader involvement and we want to hear from you directly. Attend an event, read or use one of our publications? Write about it! Share your videos, pictures and inspiring inspiring moments with us. This month we already have several events lined up: Wednesday, January 9 at the AACI Jerusalem: "Dr. Menachem Gottesman and Leah Gottesman: Jerusalem's Best Kept Educational Secret: Insights from their work and their book Not At Risk."   Authors of Not at Risk, Menorah Books, 2018. Wednesday January 16 at the University of Manchester: Dr Noemie Lopian and writer Derek Niemann are descendants from opposite sides of this story. However, a desire for mutual understanding has brought them together to share their very different experiences. Tonight they shed light on their family stories and take questions. Dr. Lopian is the daughter and translator of her father’s memoir, The Long Night, Toby Press, 2015.
