Moshe Koppel is professor of computer science at Bar-Ilan University and founding director of Dicta, a research institute devoted to developing tools for computational analysis of Jewish texts. He is the author of two previous books on Jewish thought and over a hundred scientific articles in leading journals and proceedings in mathematics, computer science, linguistics, law, economics, political science and other disciplines. Koppel is also founding director of Kohelet, Israel’s leading conservative-libertarian think tank, and he frequently advises members of Israel’s Knesset regarding legislative matters.
